I thought the help were exceptionally friendly, and many of the games are different that other casinos this size.
What I really like about this one is that it does not have a 'smoky' smell, and it is not crowded.
I go to many of them in the area, and I think this one is slightly looser than the others.The food is above average, and the rewards are better than average, considering there is not a hotel on site. This casino was recommended to me by another gambler.
