No extra towels so you have to call and request bath and hand towels. Finally go up to the spa and was told there was no appointments due to lack of staff. Next we go downstairs to ask about the spa services to make an appt and was told to call a number leave a message and someone will get back to us in a few hours, no call, called again Friday and again no answer, left 2nd message. I understand there may have been new restrictions but no guests were wearing masks and at this level of hotel ,certain amenities should be available or maybe a coupon for a free drink, … next we get to the room ( it looked nice) however one whole side of the bed has no available electrical outlet not even a charging port.
We were told that there was no house keeping, no room service or breakfast buffet as described when the room was booked several weeks ago. There was no info on the hotel like the restaurants, a map, ect. Check-in was odd because there was so reserved room, we were just was told we could pick a floor & I explained we wanted the room we had paid for (almost $ 900.00) for the 3 nights that was with military discount and finally the attendant said do you want a water or parking lot view. We stayed 3 nights (Thurs-Sat) and paid extra to stay in the Spa Tower King. They had no valet service or any carts to carry our luggage so 2 trips back and forth to parking lot both coming and going. We were returning guests from years ago and was excited to be back at this hotel.
